This website is operated by Mythos Pet Foods, Inc. (“Mythos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company behind Sphinx. These Terms of Use describe the permitted use of this informational website. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Product information and availability

Sphinx is in development. Images, finishes, demonstrations, app illustrations, and product descriptions show the current design direction and may change. Illustrations are not manufacturing specifications, and this website does not promise a particular release date, final feature set, food compatibility, or performance result.

This website does not accept purchases or payments. Any purchase, subscription, shipping arrangement, return, refund, or product warranty is governed by the terms provided through the applicable transaction channel or agreement. These website terms do not replace existing agreements or reduce rights associated with an existing agreement or order.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. Positions show the order of accepted new signups after our initial group of 46,000 members. They do not reserve inventory, guarantee priority access or a delivery date, or create a purchase agreement. An existing signup is not changed by declining to use this new signup form. Please use your own email address and do not create duplicate or automated signups.

Use of the website

You may browse the website and use it for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or its security, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the website to infringe someone else’s rights.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, designs, images, and other materials are owned by Mythos Pet Foods, Inc. or used with permission or under applicable licenses. Except as allowed by law or an applicable license, permission is required to reproduce or use these materials commercially.
