Sphinx Return & Replacement Policy
At Sphinx, we appreciate your support in bringing our innovative cat feeding system to life. Since Kickstarter is a platform for funding product development, not a traditional store, our policies are designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our backers.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of crowdfunding, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
All pledges are considered final once the campaign ends.
Replacements for Defective or Damaged Units
We stand behind the quality of our product. If your Sphinx unit arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide photo or video evidence of the issue to our support team.
If approved, we will send a replacement unit at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
Sphinx is backed by a 12 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Issues resulting from improper setup or maintenance.
